Munno Para West is a northern suburb of Adelaide, in the state of South Australia, Australia. Munno Para West is located approximately 34kilometres from the Adelaide CBD and is located in the City of Playford.

 Munno Para West is bounded by Fradd Road in the north, Stebonheath Road in the east, Curtis Road in the south, and the Northern Expressway in the west.


Munno Para means ‘golden wattle creek' in the Kaurna Aboriginal language. Settlement of the area dates from the 1850s, with land used mainly for farming.


Munno Para West is conveniently located to the developing Playford Alive redevelopment area and also both Elizabeth Shopping Centre & Munno Para Shopping Centre.

 For the golf enthusiasts the North Lakes Golf Course is a full size 9 hole course located on Stebonheath Road. The course is open to the public seven days a week with access to a fully stocked Pro shop.


Munno Para West is mainly serviced by Curtis Road, linking the suburb to main north road to the east and the northern expressway to the west, both being major arterial roads to the CBD. Public transport is serviced by buses with connection to the Gawler Train line at the Elizabeth & Smithfield Train Stations. A new Munno Para interchange has been completed allowing closer access to the Adelaide/Gawler train line.
