The situation that necessitated the sale of Mother's home was an emotional one. Corey was understanding and empathetic. He made himself available for appointments with me during the limited times I had available and kept me updated every step of the way. When the house was finally cleared and cleaned and I wanted to surrender the keys, Corey arranged to collect them that afternoon (a Saturday) from the house, thus saving me the trouble of another trip or postage. He made a difficult process as smooth as possible for me and I will be ever grateful.

Helpful, honest and not too in your face or hard sell.

Alan C, Paralowie

Corey was very professional at all times. Sold a difficult house to sell at the current time. Issues of white ants and structural problems didn't help. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Corey to friends and family in the future.

I was in need to sell my childhood home, as part of my fathers estate, and not knowing what was involved it would be a challenge for me, and living interstate made things more difficult so I contacted L J Hooker locally, after searching the internet, and came across Corey's name. Once Corey had accepted the challenge I felt my problem was over, Corey put me in touch with other people I needed to deal with and the process commenced, I felt at ease dealing with Corey during the sale time, and although I had a bunch of questions Corey answered them with confidence and professionalism. Thank you Corey and L J Hooker.
